Count Your Blessings: Gratitude as Spiritual Practice

Gratitude and thankfulness are not just putting on rose-tinted glasses to get a false picture of life. This presentation will explore the power of daily gratitude practices to help re-wire the brain, building reduced anxiety and increased spiritual peace. In addition to exploring these principles, we will introduce and practice some spiritual practices during our session.
