The Rustic Riders are an Adirondack Mtns based husband wife duo that have been performing since the 1990’s. Since 2006 we have been performing primarily new music inspired by daily prayer and meditation. We are active in our local Peace with Justice group (aka the dreamers) and Earth Care Organizations. We have organized local concerts and coffeehouse programs to benefit social justice and environmental concerns and played at many benefits supporting local and national organizations. We’ve recorded 3 CD’s of new music and start our 4th in January. These can be heard at www.rusticriders.net. We’ve also developed sermons in song for congregations across the North Country REgion of NY. Lisa has also worked with Elementary School Students to write songs on social justice issues – Building a Better World, MLK, “Don’t Use Plastics”, Caring for the water cycle and Music is Life.
