Practices for the Slow Kingdom Coming
Pursuing justice for the long-term isn’t easy. We can confess that together. And then we can ask two questions: How can I keep doing justice in a way that opens me to being shaped by God’s love? And how can I be sure that I’m really helping those I want to help?
In this seminar we’ll present 5 practices–from Kent’s new book Slow Kingdom Coming–that will answer these questions. Faithful commitment to these practices don’t solve everything, but they do help us to stay encouraged and to love our neighbors well.
God’s kingdom is a slow kingdom, but it’s also a joy to participate in its coming.
