Seated Gentle, Embodied stretch and breath prayer (AKA Chair yoga)

It’s actually quite simple to connect mind and body– conscious breath! Come by to melt some of the heart’s debris. Leave feeling refreshed and fueled with some simple tools to continue your own at home, wholeness-making practice. We are all busy and not often sure of what to add to our prayers and mediations– these stretches and breath practices are sure to bring vitality and release tension. My hope is they also open up space to greater intimacy with the Living Spirit of Christ’s healing power and love.
