Games create revelatory spaces in which we can discover stronger, more resilient, more creative, and more vital selves able to tackle the hardest issues around us. I’ll make the connection between gameful thinking, Paul’s subversive leadership (Paul was highly connected to the gaming industry of his day); and show practical ways how social organizers like BUILD (Baltimoreans United in Leadership Development) use game theory to bring about desperately needed change.
