The Rev. Jay Bowling is an ordained Baptist minister. He is a graduate of Louisville Presbyterian Theological Seminary. His current ministry is working with persons living with HIV/AIDS. He has previously worked with Jeff Street Baptist Community at Liberty in Louisville, KY and with the (former) Merton Institute for Contemplative Living. He lives in Elgin, IL with his husband, Rick and their two dogs, Layla and Missy. He enjoys reading, music, spending time with close friends, and good bourbon.
