Betsy Waters is a professional coach, practicing that as school psychologist, a UCC pastor, and a student seeking PCC certification through Coaching4Clergy. Betsy has served in settled and interim positions for more than two decades and has been consulting with churches for more than three decades. Betsy integrates deep listening, provocative questions, a playful creativity, and the wisdom that comes from experience.

Barbara Lemmel is a UMC pastor and a PCC-certified coach. In 2003 she and Alan Delamater established a leadership process called Tending the Fire. As TF’s Director, Barbara has helped more than 500 clergy, numerous churches and laity, and several judicatories develop wise, resilient leadership in their professional and personal settings (for more information, visit www.tending-the-fire.com). She has served UMC and UCC congregations in Vermont and New York, facilitated church and conference re-structuring, and offers coaching, consulting and spiritual direction to churches and pastors. Barbara is absolutely convinced that church can be both transformational and fun.
