Ana Tampanna

Ana Tampanna is a certified life coach who works with women who are “up to something.” She has a Masters of Fine Arts from Florida State University, is a former member of the National Speakers Association, and has her coaching certification from the International Coaches Academy. Ana is committed to providing leadership tools to women who have a passionate vision for being a contribution and who deal with messy life adversity. Ana recently gave a TEDX talk called “Motherhood is a Leadership Bootcamp.” Her book, “The Womanly Art of Alligator Wrestling,” is in it’s 2nd printing. Ana lives in Winston-Salem where she is president of the Triad chapter of NOW (National Organization for Women.) Ana and her husband Robert have 5 grown children and a chihuahua named Zoe who is a source of unconditional love.
